Located on the grounds of the Maui Tropical Plantation, Maui Chef’s Table explores the modern tastes and textures of our island’s local and organically grown produce, fruit, and proteins.
The open-air kitchen concept allows you to watch as each course is created. Executive Chef Jeff Scheer assembles an amazing team for each memorable evening, including Sous Chef Rosanna Ha, formerly of Mourad and Boulevard in San Francisco and Sous Chef Tak Toride, formerly of Morimoto Maui. Each Chef is uniquely creative and inventive while sharing the same core values for sourcing and preparing food.
Your evening will be guided by one of these charismatic Chefs. Chef Scheer and his team love to interact with each guest, so feel free to ask about the ingredients or the inspiration behind each course as it is prepared. We encourage you to mingle with the other diners as you experience this culinary adventure.
Wine, beer and specialty cocktails are available for purchase during your dinner service. No outside alcohol is allowed at Chef’s Table.
We apologize, but we are unable to accommodate special dietary requests. Menus are not published before the event. The Chefs create each course from scratch, infusing each component with a variety of Maui’s freshest ingredients, often selected only in the hours leading up to the event. Our goal is to create a unique culinary experience, showcasing the Chef’s creativity.
