MAui Chef's table
JOIN US FOR SEVEN UNIQUE COURSES AT THIS INTERACTIVE EVENT.
Located on the grounds of the Maui Tropical Plantation, Maui Chef’s Table explores the modern tastes and textures of our island’s local and organically grown produce, fruit, and proteins.
The open-air kitchen concept allows you to watch and interact as each course is created. Your evening will be led by Executive Chef Jeff Scheer or Sous Chef Rosanna Ha. Each Chef is uniquely creative and inventive while sharing the same core values for sourcing and preparing food.
Our chefs love to interact with each guest, so feel free to ask about the ingredients or the inspiration behind each course as it is prepared. We encourage you to mingle with the other diners as you experience this culinary adventure.
WINE, BEER AND SPECIALTY COCKTAILS ARE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE DURING YOUR DINNER SERVICE. NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL IS ALLOWED AT CHEF’S TABLE.
- $150 per person, includes dinner, tax & gratuity.

- Maui Chef's Table is unable to accommodate dietary requests.
- To ensure a consistent experience for all diners, only guests 11 and older may attend.
We apologize that Maui Chef's Table does not accommodate allergies or dietary restrictions. Please take into consideration that if you have specific preferences or allergies with food, you may not have an experience as elevated as others. The Chefs create each course from scratch, infusing each component with a variety of Maui’s freshest ingredients, often selected only in the hours leading up to the event. Our goal is to create a unique culinary experience, showcasing the Chef’s creativity. Our full service restaurant, The Mill House, is happy to accommodate allergies and restrictions.
