an interactive dining experience from a chef's perspective
Join us at our weekly event! Maui Chef’s Table dives into a multi-course menu of dishes inspired by our chefs’ personal stories and told through Maui’s seasonal ingredients. High-quality ingredients paired with creative minds and innovative techniques result in a unique culinary experience. Guests are encouraged to leave their seats, come to the “Chef’s Table”, ask questions, take pictures, and get to know the Chefs. The kitchen is right there in the room!
The evening takes place in a rustic pavilion, separate from The Mill House. There is one reservation time, 6 pm, and seating is communal, offering diners the opportunity to connect with fellow food and drink enthusiasts. Throughout the evening the chefs and host will speak about the courses, tell stories about the farms, and charm you with their tips and anecdotes. As the evening proceeds; music plays and the open-air room soon resembles a dinner party among good friends.
The price of your ticket ($150 per person) includes: the food menu for that evening without substitutions, a pour of sparkling wine, bread service, coffee, and gratuity for the food menu.
